As the founder of the EventSia, Saikat Alam Saif always tried to create pictures according to their client’s requirements and their main goal is to create the images into reality.

Q. What was the first aim in mind in order to have a successful career? Could you please give us an overview of your journey?

After completing my A level, I aimed to be in such a career something related to business like my father. But later ended up as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer. I was admitted to Bangladesh Independent University in EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering), and a journey started in my Engineer career. The EventSia, a name full of joy, started at a breakfast table with one of my close friends, Irfan; from there, the journey started. Currently, I am the serving EventSia as Chief Operating Officer as well as working in our Family business which is an international freight forwarding Marvel Freight Limited.

Q. As the Founder and Managing Director of The Event Sia, could you please share some insights about this service provider?

As a founder of The EventSia, we always try to create pictures according to our client’s requirements. Our main job is to create the images into reality; we always try our best to make it a lifetime memory for them. Customer satisfaction is our main aim. We are capable of all kinds of events as we have expert team members. Every sector is divided by individual expertise, so each job is divided equally between our teams. 

Q. What are the main goals and responsibilities of the Event Sia as a caterer? Could you please explain the core values, mission, and vision of Event Sia? We have seen so many event planners and caterers around us. So, what makes The Event Sia so much unique from others?

The main goals are where you start to get more specific, more accurate, and more precise to our decor. Our tagline is “YOUR IMAGINATION IS OUR CREATION “. We have 3 team members, and all of our vision and mission are safe. We try to create our clients’ pictures into reality through decorations. We really don’t want to compete with others, but we are different as we provide much better output with a reasonable price. We have several categories of packages where all kinds of people can choose accordingly to their needs.

Q. What are the upcoming big projects we will witness from the Event Sia? Being highly efficient and successful, what suggestions would you pass to youngsters based on the benefits of pursuing a career in event management and catering services? 

We have much more plans for upcoming years, which will reveal from time to time. To be honest, it’s not really easy to start anything; you have to be Patience, you have to be determined to fight against many odds. You have to face many difficulties; after that, you might see some success as nothing ever comes to one that is worth having except as a result of hardwork.

Q. As a caterer, how has Event Sia maintained such consistency in customer satisfaction and service commitment? Do event management and catering require academic knowledge like other fields of study?

We believe in quality over quantity and more into customer satisfaction in all possible ways. I believe passion, Patience, and hard work are more important for all kinds of success. Nowadays, there are many event management courses that might also help gain knowledge in this sector.
