The skilled committee selected the national leader because of the winner from 142 candidates from 42 countries.

Sadat was bestowed with the award by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai throughout a ceremony in the Hague, the Netherlands. He was awarded the prize for his involvement in setting up a system and mobile app named “Cyber Teens” to prevent cyberbullying and violence against kids.

Sadat beat two other finalists. one Ivanna Ortega, who is 12 years old, from Mexico, who fought for water pollution, and another was Siena Castellon, who is 18 years old, from Ireland, who created an internet site for severe learning disabilities.

A story about a 15-year old girl who committed suicide after suffering from cyberbullying gave a shock to Sadat. Later, he, along with his friends, formed a young team named “Narail Volunteers” and created the anti-cyberbullying app named “Cyber Teens” to grant teenagers an area for help. They resolved more than 60 complaints with the help of “Narail Zilla Police” since October 2019.

Sadat has reached over 45,000 teenagers across Asian countries by composing seminars in schools and colleges. He created “Cyber Clubs” in each college in his native space to show the youth regarding digital accomplishment information. he’s presently engaged on a campaign named “Safe web, Safe Teenager”. Sadat plans to use the prize money of 100,000 Euro (USD 118,000) to develop the app across Asian countries and function as a model for the rest of the planet.

Sadat wants to see a world where everyone feels safe online, and all should raise their voice against cyberbullying.
